100 Challenge

So the other day I was challenged by my sister to do a workout. It was the 100 Rep challenge for different exercises and to be honest, it wasn’t as hard as I thought it was going to be.

Do all the exercises above in one go.


Is it doing 1,000 exercises all in one go? Or do we have individual titles for each exercise?
